Junk Hauling
Truck, crew, and trailer for the big loads.
Truck, crew, and trailer for the big loads. Junk hauling is for the jobs that need more than a pickup: multi-truck cleanouts, bulk debris, and heavy or awkward loads that need a trailer and a winch. Same process as our junk removal, scaled up.
This page covers everything that goes into junk hauling: what we handle, how a job runs, what it takes, and the honest limits. Pick your state at the bottom for local rules and city pages, or send photos now and skip straight to the on-site estimate.

What people search
"Junk hauling near me" and the other ways people find us
Whether you searched "junk hauling your city", "debris hauling", "bulk trash hauling" and "haul away service", you ended up here because the job is bigger than a trip to the dump. That is exactly what we are built for.

How it works
How junk hauling works in your area
Here is how a junk hauling job in your area runs from the first call to the last sweep.
- 01
Site look or photos
For big hauls we come out or ask for photos so we bring the right trailer.
- 02
Load count up front
You get an estimated number of loads before we start, and we tell you if it changes.
- 03
Haul
Loading with dollies, a skid steer where the site allows, and a crew that keeps the pile moving.
- 04
Tip and recycle
Metal to the scrap yard, clean wood to the grinder, the rest to a licensed transfer station. Receipts available on request.
Why now
Why your area stops putting it off
Most junk hauling calls from your area come after months of "we'll deal with it." Here is why the people who called last week were glad they did.
- Contractors cannot start the next phase until the debris is gone.
- Insurance adjusters want the site cleared before they close a claim.
- Code enforcement letters have deadlines.
- Demand peaks in spring and after storms, and the calendar fills fastest in the weeks around them.

Straight talk
What junk hauling does not include
Two things every junk hauling customer should know before booking anyone, including us:
- We are not a dumpster rental. If you want a can sitting in the driveway for two weeks, that is a different service. We load and go.
- Hazardous materials, including asbestos-containing debris, must be handled by a licensed abatement contractor first.
Sound familiar?
Common junk hauling situations in your area
Every junk hauling call from your area starts with a story, and most of them sound like one of these.
- 01
Contractor left the debris
The job is done, the pile is not. A trailer of demo material in the side yard that the dumpster company wants a week's notice for.
- 02
Farm and barn cleanup
Decades of equipment, fencing, and scrap in an outbuilding, too much for a pickup and too far for a dumpster.
- 03
Commercial turnover
A tenant vacated a warehouse and left racking, pallets, and inventory nobody wants.
- 04
Storm and cleanup debris
Downed limbs, fencing, and roofing spread across the property after a bad weekend of weather.
Afterward
Where junk hauling material from your area ends up
People ask, and they should. Here is the path everything takes after it leaves your area.
- 01
Donation first
Furniture, working appliances, tools, and household goods in usable condition go to donation partners before anything else is decided.
- 02
Metal, cardboard, and e-waste
Scrap metal is separated for recycling, cardboard is baled, and electronics go to certified e-waste handlers rather than the landfill.
- 03
Special items
Mattresses, tires, and refrigerant appliances have their own disposal paths at most facilities, and we follow them.
- 04
Licensed disposal last
What is left goes to a licensed transfer station or landfill for the county it came from. Nothing is dumped.
Choosing a company
What to ask any junk hauling company
Whoever you hire for junk hauling, these questions will tell you in two minutes whether they are the right ones.
- 01
Where does it go?
Ask for the name of the transfer station and whether they donate. A company that cannot answer is dumping somewhere it should not.
- 02
Is there insurance?
General liability and auto, with a certificate they will email you. A scratched floor or a broken railing is on them, not you.
- 03
Will they sweep?
It sounds small. It is the difference between a job and a job done.
- 04
Do they take the hard stuff?
Hot tubs, pianos, and safes need a plan and the right equipment. Ask what they bring for an item that four people cannot carry.
Equipment
What junk hauling in your area takes
Most of what makes junk hauling go smoothly is decided before the truck leaves. This is the gear behind a your area job.
- 01
Dollies and straps
Appliance dollies, furniture straps, and floor protection for stairs, hallways, and tight turns.
- 02
Box truck or trailer
Sized to the load so a single-item pickup does not pay for a full truck, and a garage cleanout does not take two trips.
- 03
Cutting tools
Hot tubs, sheds, and built-ins are cut down in place when they cannot come out whole.
How long it takes
How long junk hauling takes in your area
Most people overestimate how long this takes. Typical times on site, from booking to swept:
- 01
Single item
A sofa, a fridge, a hot tub cut down: usually under an hour on site.
- 02
Garage or basement
Half a day for most. A full day when it is floor to ceiling.
- 03
Whole house
One to two days depending on how much sorting you want done.

Questions we get
Junk Hauling: straight answers
What is the difference between junk removal and junk hauling?
Removal is a single truckload from inside a home or garage. Hauling is volume: multiple loads, heavy items, or anything that needs a trailer, dolly, or winch.
Can you haul from a commercial site?
Yes. We work with property managers, contractors, and landlords on scheduled and recurring hauls.
Do you provide dumpsters?
No. We do the loading and the hauling so you never have a dumpster sitting in the driveway.
Do you offer same-day junk hauling?
Often. Call early in the day for the best chance at a same-day window, and ask for the first open window if today is full. Next-day is almost always available.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. General liability and auto coverage on every job, and a certificate of insurance emailed on request before the crew arrives.
Do I need to be home?
Only for the estimate, and even that can happen by phone or text with photos from the crew. Property managers and out-of-town owners do it this way every week.
Can you get it out of a tight spot?
Yes. Narrow stairs, basements, and backyards with no gate are normal. We carry it out by hand and protect the floors on the way.
What if the weather is bad on the day?
Rain does not stop most jobs. Lightning, ice, and high wind do, especially for boat lifts and tow work. If we have to move your window we tell you as early as we can and reschedule at no charge.
How do I set up junk hauling?
Send a few photos through the estimate form or by text, with your zip code. We confirm what we can take, schedule the free on-site estimate, and nothing is loaded until you say yes.
